Gary Dale is a 4th generation native to Cooke County and the Gainesville area; growing up in Callisburg, he appreciates the good hometown family feel of the area, and enjoys raising his family in the same traditions. Gary Dale has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas since 1999 and a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas since 2003. He holds a license in Oklahoma as well.
As a real estate broker and the owner of The Real Estate Company, he is dedicated to continuing the tradition of excellence built from the many years of experience in the real estate industry.

I am native of North Texas with a love of land and agriculture. I have been licensed in real estate since 2004 with over 20 years’ experience in ranch management. Along with my husband, APHA horse trainer Steven Biller, we operate Biller Performance Horses south of the Red River in beautiful Hibbit Texas. I have a real connection to the land and understand the needs of today’s land buyers. Our farm has been in my family for over 100 years, our son Seth is the fifth generation of family to live on the homestead. I sold several prestigious ranches in Cooke County and have a great affinity for old homes. I am a proud graduate of Texas Women’s University.
